La Habra, Calif. home.
Interested in the 2,583-square-foot home on Madonna Lane? It's listed at
$525,000, reports the Orange County Register.
Suleman's father Ed Doud purchased the home in 2009 for $565,000. Suleman
owes a $450,000 balloon payment to Amer Haddadin, the note holder on the home.
He had threatened Suleman with eviction several times over the past several
months if she didn't pay the money.
Suleman has not made a payment on the house since May, Haddadin tells the
Register.
"She owes me close to about $13,000, and the bank has been calling me many,
many times," he said. "She's giving me bad credit. I'm very glad if she can sell
it."
Agent Rebecca Mercado says the home was listed on Friday. No word on where
Nadya and her 14 kids plan to live.
